Sharks Code of Conduct

We at Stockwood Sharks RFC want all players to enjoy playing and all supporters to enjoy watching the players play.

As a result we ask you to follow these simple guidelines:
Players

Play for enjoyment
Play hard, but fair
Play by the laws of the game
Never argue with the referee
Be a good sport - clap good play whether from your team or your opposition
Do not swear at any players or officials

Supporters, Parents, Guardians, Carers

Encourage all players, irrespective of ability
Let players play their game, not your game
Applaud the performance of both teams
Encourage your child to improve her or his skills
Praise efforts, not results
Never go on to the pitch – if you want to get involved talk to the team coach after the game
Provide positive feedback in training and matches
Do not swear to players or officials
